Try the appliances forum. But maybe it's trying to tell you that the Optimyst isn't the only product by Dimplex that's a pile of cack.

If no outside wall, then get an electric fire. They don't kill people. If you want it to look like a real fire, then get one from the Dimplex Optimyst range.
