CTI Any polymer grab will do it.

    Are all RCBOs equal?

Obviously not ... but any opinions on how CTI (Wylex generic NH fit) RCBOs might compare quality wise with the more expensive Wylex NH product? Going in a Wylex CU. Big difference in price - Wylex being nearly double the price of CTI.

Do Niglon make their own or are they a re-branded one? They look a little bit familiar - CTI ??

CTI Consumer Unit, what other mcb's fit ?

I hate to see a board with mixed CBs. It looks crap and you never know if the busbar spacing/depth is the same. Why not buy a CTI one? You can get them here http://www.toolstation.com/shop/Electrical/CircuitProtection/d190/sd2615 PS ever heard of Google???. I got this in 0.00000001 of a...

    Best Tube General Adhesive Advice

Great CTI seems good for tricky situations - like wet or damp but if its dry then no need for the extra expense I would of thought. Stixall it is then.

    Call Counter

It does support CTI, but you need an IP card installed. There is various free software versions for basic call centre functions - google randar.

What's fixings to use for battening an internal brick wall?

Maybe a little clear polymer grab.. CTI or OB1. Also I'd put 3 screws in each vertical fixed to wall. Fisher red plugs and 50mm screws

    Are all RCBOs equal?

Ask yourself why it's half the price of Wylex, themselves a cheap brand. Also, by mixing brands you'll have no valid guarantee against either CTI or Wylex.

    2 amp sockets

Are Chint and CTI the same product rebadged by the importer ? Ive fitted a Chint RCD and it was very poor quality and i had to get a replacment as it would not latch even with the power off.

    A Baffling problem

Definitely not, that is for the heating system (and engines). Put it in the shower pipework and you'll have much bigger things to worry about.

    I have a feeling this shouldn't happen!

Niglon are in the same league as efforts such as CTI, ECU, Cudis, and all those other 'brands' no one ever heard of. Testing the RCD should never cause an MCB to trip. Replace the MCB at least, personally I would replace both.

Will CTI breakers fit Hager Boards?

Didnt realise that CTI wernt as safe as Hager - i thought a breaker was a breaker  I thought it was like computer memory where you dont have to use the expensive brands as they all do the same job! Hager it is then
