If it is only in one location and only happens when one radiator comes on then what has the boiler got to do with it? Boiler may not even be in the same room as where the water is leaking. Most likely cause is a leak, either in piping that feeds radiator or if at radiator then on the radiator...

I doubt boiler would be in living room.

If under the radiator, then very likely a leak, possibly from one of the joints that connect raidator to the pipes. If eleshwere then possibly a leak in the pipes or connectors that lead to the radiator.
