Hello is there a rule for the maximum thickness of screed i should use? My garage conversion has around 20cm concrete. I am going to put 100mm PIR insulation on top of the DPM. how thick can i apply the screed? 50mm?

not brass sorry, steel or... not sure to be honest. i had to hammer the top part of it to make it a perfect 110mm also, it's all above joists, over the tiles but will be boxed up nicely. I am not too keen on hidden pipes under tiled floors.... just don't want an issue with leaks etc....
