Thanks for the responses lads. So get a labourer.. Then get a 75l flexi tub like this from toolstation and hoist 4-5 at a time. Are these flexi tubs that strong? Or is it best to get a few due to the tiles tearing them apart?

Working solo and will need to get about 200 concrete tiles up scaffolding for roof replacement. Can anyone advise on the some ways of get the tiles up? The scaffolding came with a gin pulley/rope but unsure on how to effectively use this.

Got it out and replaced the part. Thank you. Used blow torch to heat up bolt/melt rubber Then cut bolt with grinder as you advised. Then used utility bar/crow bar to create space to remove the remaining bolt/plastic. I didn't see a nut on the old bolt.
