Need Replacement Relay

I need advise on the correct part to replace my existing relay?

I am looking to purchase the new relay from Halfords, GSF or Euro Car Parts

The existing relay has 4 pins on the bottom and it has the following written on it

12V

40A

BUTZA

2S7T 14B192 AA

V23136 B1 X66

PA

++ 03446 2A

What's it for? Why not get from main dealer?

Although a decent electrical supplies place would be able to match it easily.
