    Heatslave 20/25 - Actuator rattling

Those look correct -while you have boiler drained fill up the expansion vessel with compressed air to 1.0bar pressure, hopefully that will stabilise your water pressure loss problem although the flex hose connecting the vessel to the boiler may also be blocked

    Worcester Oil Combi not starting

If it will not prime, you should get an engineer out who will use a vacuum pump to pull up the oil (cheaper than replacing a fooked BFP41L3 pump!) moral of the tail - people with oil fired boilers on the 1st floor should NOT run out of oil!

HELP! Boulter Classic Boiler Lockout Issue

If you are saying that it has locked out because you let it run out of oil, you may get it going by removing the silver plug below the blue wire in your pic. 1 you will need an old towel or similar to catch the oil and froth that will flow out, replace the plug afterwards, making sure you have...

    Myson Apollo Boiler cycling.

Has he left the temeperature switch on the "LOW" setting, Apollos nearly always have to be set to the "HIGH" position to be of any use! otherwise it sounds like a circulation ptoblem due to air, three port valve or pump, as you already know about an issue with the 3 port, I would get the guy...

Frost stat means can't have variable pump (e.g. alpha2)?

I estimate that around 80% of "A" rated pumps, fitted as a replacement for an older type, will have to be set to Manual mode, simply because of the pump over-run or frost stat issue, what is ridiculous is that when set to manual, "A" rated pumps use up to 25% more power than the older pumps :?
