a deposit to a builder even before planning was obtained???? please te,, me not,also if i was you i would appeal and put a costs application in if theres a clear precedent set dont let them refuse you,

just tell the truth about you living eating and sleeping in the van for over 10 yrs and go for a certificate, sounds like the house wasnt being lived in and its in a bad way so you never know you might have 2 dwellings now, :)

sorry disagree with you, i been in this game 25 yrs and done well,but to charge 50% more just cause your busy is not the way to go,i just been to tesco its packed out but the corner shop is empty,come xmas day when the corner shop is open and tesco closed maybe it will be a bit differant,

extra are a nightmare to the paying customer but geting extras out of an experianced builder when plans are being drawn in my experiance is a no no

my oppinion your to expensive,and what is the price of his house got to do with it or if its in a cheap part of leeds or an expensive part,when paying for the works you described i wouldnt be looking at paying over £800,

yes but pd rights in residential is not the same as agricultural??? am i right in sayin they take away your pd rights they dont take away both????

hi all, can some one give me some information on this, i had 35 plus acres of land and when i did my curtilage change around the house the planners removed my pd rights, but in moving your residential pd rights do they move your agricultural pd rights as well????? we had a tractor store...
