agricultural permitted development

hi all,
can some one give me some information on this,
i had 35 plus acres of land and when i did my curtilage change around the house the planners removed my pd rights,
but in moving your residential pd rights do they move your agricultural pd rights as well?????

we had a tractor store which we had started well before our pd rights where removed and finished it last yr.but the tractor store was in our residential area though a tractor store with big doors etc though it was used for sheep food quad bikes and sprayers it was used in conection with the small holding,

Have you phoned them? Planning will tell you what PD rights a property has or does not have.

yes but pd rights in residential is not the same as agricultural???
am i right in sayin they take away your pd rights they dont take away both????

I don't know and nobody else will know for sure as PD restrictions are specific to your own property that's why you gotta phone Planning.
