    For those that may have same problem. Dhower thermostatic valve and and shutoff valves removed, descaled thouroughly cleaned and reinstalled. Not let by on both hot or cold, reduced hot water temp control to half from full and still hard to hold hand under piping hot water.. Happy bunny. :-)...

    Flame stays constant throughout. Does cut in and out when tap is turned down to lower flow and led sits at 70. Had someone out last year when diverted was letting by, guy changes something in valve and said he had checked over ,all looked fine wasn't here so can't comment on what was done.
