    What the post means is to insulate the ignition/rectification leads with electrode lead insulation sleeves in an attempt to stop the spark "tracking out " anywhere else. If this makes no sense to you do not ask any more gas related questions as i dont think you will get any answers.

    Yes correct sensor, the fault code will show if it is faulty not if it is out of calibration. Any way if we are all wrong its far cheaper than all the other parts you mention. :P

    So you where mistaken in thinking it was the condensate pipe dumping water it was actually the prv pipe.You need to empty the water out of the boiler [primary] you may aswell open the prv as it is probably fooked any way and attatch a foot pump to the schreader valve on the expantion vessel and...
