    Creda Storage Heaters Pt2

Hey All. So I think this is one of those Homer Simpson DOH moments. I had the same issue with my hall way storage heater as well. At the time I checked the thermal fuse in situ, Previously they have disintegrated into a metal blob, which obviously showed a reading, not realising the Accelerator...

    Creda Storage Heaters Pt2

Make: Creda Model: 79162 Hey All. So these storage heaters are the bane of my life. I noticed one of the storage heaters not working some months ago, I opened it up, realised there was a green component on the thermal combined control (what ever that is) that was heating up really hot, but...

    Renovating the bathroom

Thanks for your response guys. I plan to start the project in a few weeks. I will try to take the tiles off neatly using a wallpaper scraper. Failing that, I will see what damage a hammer and chisel does. Wish me luck :D

1 Extractor for Bathroom and Kicthen

Hi Thanks for the detailed response. The management company got back to me, and said they wouldn't authorise any holes to be put in the flat wall, as they where afraid of the structural outcomes. So, I am stuck with the situation as is, or by putting fans in both the kitchen and bathroom...

    Renovating the bathroom

Hey Guys. I am looking at renovating the bathroom. It currently has tiles in a pyramid shape, that have been painted over. How easy is it to remove and retile the bathroom. Will I need to re-plaster if I am careful in removing the old paste? Is a wallpaper steamer the best way to remove old...

    Increasing tap water pressure

Oh i see, so i am guessing around 50-70cm is the head. I dont know much about the tank, just that it has a lid on the top that is loose, and it is cold water in the top. Do you think given it has head (good or bad?) the issue is something else?

    Increasing tap water pressure

Okay so here is the tank: I measured the height of that middle pipe its 127cm, the Sink tap end is 111cm off the ground. I worked out it takes 58 seconds to fill a 2 litre bottle of water. So anyone know what i need to be increasing by?

    Increasing tap water pressure

Hi Guys. Thanks for both your responses. The single impeller pump thing is what i considered something like the Salamander (Although i think that has two). Apparently they have sensors in them that sense the drop in the pressure when you turn the tap on, which activates the pump, is that...
