    Can you explain is that because it won't break the Syphon till the water has got to the bottom of the plugs are in the Syphon? Does.the cistern look like a 9 or 6 litre flush to you?

    It's moisture resistant board I wasn't looking at tanking but would a pva mix be ok to seal the boards? Conserned water could get behind and draw the paper front off the boards?

    Thanks no upstand no. So just silicone the tray to the plasterboard. Then fit the paneling directly to the tray then silicone afterwards?

    If fitting a shower tray on legs. Up to plasterboarded walls. One dot and dab, the other a stud wall. Would you usually fit the tray flush to the plasterboard or cut the plasterboard where the tray sits so sits in the wall. It's going to get panelled with 10mm panels after. Thanks.

    I have to swap the tap, wonder if I get a new one with short flexis I could cut the pipe above the tee and put a iso valve with a 1/2 male face on the other side. Thanks

    Hose union backplate

    Thanks its screwing on to fibreglass cladding so can't screw the union backplate to this before screwing the tap in as its not strong enough. As said above I could screw to a scrap piece of wood first. Thanks.

    Is there a way of tightening the tap in to this without screwing the union to the wall first. There's no where on the hose union backplate to hold back on when tightening the tap. Thanks
