Copper tap tails

Will soft copper tap tails take compression fittings? Have on to swap where I'd have to alter the pipework unless I can a compression 15mm to 1/2male above it. Thanks

Yes. And is better practise than soldering onto them.

I'd be putting in 15mm isolation valves.

I have to swap the tap, wonder if I get a new one with short flexis I could cut the pipe above the tee and put a iso valve with a 1/2 male face on the other side. Thanks

put a iso valve with a 1/2 male face

You do get them but they aren't the best quality. File the face flat on an ISO valve does the same job or get a set of tap tail adapters.
