Hi All, I have had a new door put in and the trim around the door is much smaller then what I had before. I am now left with a ugly gap. I am struggling to find skirting to match, any advice how to tidy this mess up so its does not look so bad?

I would certainly go for concrete posts. I am personally using recessed concrete posts with timber rails.
