Decided to go with a 70mm metal stud with 1 layer of 9.5mm either side and then get some timber from B&Q - 2100x94x18mm and make a door frame from that.

Thanks for the reply. I could use 70mm stud and track but that will leave me 95mm overall even with a skim either side that is going to take me to approx 100mm. Still cannot find Door liners with that width.
