The pipework is 22mm main runs reduced to 15mm to the drops then 8mm drops. Up stairs rads 8mm too. 15mm pipes to the skirting boards then 8mm from there to the rads.

It's a opened vented Y-plan. 11 rads. Ideal classic.

Have have turned it down so it now just giver a short burst after a tap has ran.

It's one that just let's water through when there is a pressure drop. I.e use of tap.
