i can get it into the soil pipe it's just that it's a bit of a run approx 12ft to the soil pipe, i just though it might be easier to run it down inside the garage but if it's going to cause problem i'll not bother :D

i never thought of the weight of the blocks affecting the concrete floor, i shall use thermal/light weights blocks then. the wall is to go on the existing concrete garage floor which is very dry so i presumed i would not need a damp proof course.
