I agree, I don't like drivers who don't put their lights on, but we have all done it. I know once or twice i have driven off and forgot to put lights on, thinking they already were on. Especially when in a really lit up area. What I really hate is the eejits who drive everywhere with full beam...

Is it just me, or are the Chili Peppers the best band around now? Don't mean single artists, or rap or anything. But I mean bands as in playing their own instruments/ writing their own songs etc. I think they are amazing. But then again "I'm a pill-head, and an in-bred..."

The most offensive "music," and I use the word in its loosest sense, is heard when you are sat at traffic lights. Some 17-year-old Tw*t, boy-racer pulls up next to you, flashy car mummy bought for him, with more neon than Soho. And all you can hear/feel is that f***ing bass. No tune, no lyrics...

Personally speaking, anything by Dostoyevsky. second fav is Fly Fishing by J.R Hartley.

Sorry to (slightly) hijack post. But its on the question of the bonding conductor in a stud wall. Although many times I have seen (/done it myself) a bonding conductor run through stud wall/ chased and plastered into masonry/ run down a wall in pvc trunking etc. never been 100% sure how...

Round my way 2 blokes had a row bout a dog. So one of them broke into the others house, scalped him, and cut 1 of his fingers off with a saw. Not saying its right, but if someone ever hurt my poor old mutt, they would wish they had just been scalped and lost fingers. :evil:

Guess it depends where you do it, but when I did the course it was a very informative 2 days (Unicorn Center, Portsmouth.) And it beats being at work. I might of been a bit jaded though, cause I did it at the same place as 1st year of my apprenticeship, so it was a trip down memory lane for me...

Mate, sorry nobody else has told you this, but if you are plugging both equipment into sockets on the same circuit, it dont matter if its double or single sockets. you are still drawing the same current off the same circuit, TS
