Cannot take a photo at moment, now dark. If the water was getting in higher up would it not show in the room above, ceiling or that window?

Many thanks for your quick reply. Looking outside and refering to photo where should I mastic, the top part looks like the metal lintal, about 1/2" showing then the wooden frame. Should I mastic lintel to brickwork or lintel to wooden frame?

I have an Aqualisa Digital Quartz Pumped Shower which is 3 months outside its 5yr guarantee period. Three days ago it worked fine, today completely dead, I have checked the fuse and that is fine, any ideas what the problem is? Thanks.

Just looked inside the top cap and it is indeed a lockshield valve, because inside their is a socket to fit an allen key for adjustment.

Can anyone please tell me what this is? My young son unscrewed the top white cap!! I have re-screwed it up tight now, am I correct in assuming that no harm has been done. Thanks.
