Aqualisa Digital Quartz Pumped Shower Problem.

I have an Aqualisa Digital Quartz Pumped Shower which is 3 months outside its 5yr guarantee period.

Three days ago it worked fine, today completely dead, I have checked the fuse and that is fine, any ideas what the problem is?

The shower does not operate - no lights, no water.


There are two possible causes. Try the following steps to eliminate the problem:
1.No mains power to processor – check that the green light is displayed on the processor. No green light indicates there is no power to the processor. Check the electrics. If the green light is displayed, remove the processor cover and check the red status light to establish fault. (Black processors only)
2.Data cable – ensure the cable is correctly installed at both the processor and controller. Check for damage to the cable.

Thanks for your reply - I have a Grey Processor box.

Tried the shower this morning and all worked perfectly, wondered if a low water pressure could cause the unit to fail? Just a thought.
