Aqualisa Shower Head Replacement - Cheaper Option?

I have had to replace my Aqualisa shower head once already and the same problem has happened to head number 2 (beyond warranty period) - namely that the 4-spray function no longer works.
My rather basic question is...do I need to buy Aqualisa or would another brand work just as well? It's a 105mm Harmony Shower Head (for Aqualisa Digital Quartz shower).

Any decent brand should suffice, providing it’s for the correct set-up, usually electric showers struggle if not suitable.
