I'm building a small patio but it has flags either side already. The fall of the flags go left and right.. so as I'm building flags in the middle what's the best way to create a slope without having a step to the old flags?
Also my MOT will be 100mm and 50mm sand cement... So dig down 186mm ...
There is no SWA installed yet.. the outside socket is supplied via 6mm flex back entry via the wall. SWA would go from the socket to adaptable box to the shed
Thank you so much for your help.
It's 6mm flex coming into the outside socket via back entry at the minute.. but I'll be okay earthing and terminating the SWA to the shed. Yeah think only issue I have is getting the extra 6mm into the socket terminals
Thank you for replying,

Wooden shed and just two sockets and a light... No load at all apart from maybe a fridge.
No water or metal needing bonding
Thanks Eric..
It's on a 32a breaker in a spare way in an RCD protected board.. originally it was going to be 6mm armoured straight to a DB in the shed, but there is a socket before the shed now..
Hi all,
After some advice.
Got 6mm running to an outside socket as I knew we would be putting power in the shed... Am I okay to run the armoured from the socket now as originally that socket was only a adaptable box, in anticipation of the power to the shed.
Am I just over thinking it ♂️...
Hi all,
If you get a small belt of a appliance, ie. dishwasher. How do you test the metal casing to see what voltage, if any is running through it ?
Obviously with a multimeter, but where is the probe not touching the casing ?
Thank you all..
Hi,
Fitting a high gloss white kitchen unit and have drilled into one of the doors by mistake!
It hasn't gone all the way through but it's on the gloss side.
Any repair kits you could recommend?
Mark

Divy here thought his cold water feed was 15mm.. so bought a 15mm - 1/4" reducing tee to plumb a fridge.
It's 10mm!! I've already cut it so stuck a stop end on.
What options do I have as I can't find a 10mm - 1/4" reducing tee...
Do I get some 15mm pipe and use 15mm - 10mm reducers ?
♂️
Hi Johnny,
Doing this Saturday... Got the reducing tee and some 1/4 od tube to go to the filter. I know I need 15mm inserts for the cold water feed connection... But I can't find any 1/4 inserts ?
Hi all,
Useless at plumbing! Can you help.
I'm plumbing in a Samsung fridge Freezer, and the pipe will come through where the red dot is.
First is it 15mm pipe I need?
Second, do I just cut the cold water feed and put a speedfit tee in? Do I need an isolator?
Any advice and help on...
