Thanks buddy, will do that when off next :) got plenty of multi there as using that on the walls atm. Last time I used bonding couldn't believe how gritty it is compared to multi lol. Will post a pic once completed :) thanks again prenticeboy

Don't think there be any need for battens on the floor as skirting will be going there marked down where each vertical barren is to screw the skirting to :)

Hi all, currently in the process of doing our upstairs out gutting the lot. We wish to add 2 additional radiators to our combi system Vailiant ecomax 824e. Looking at the manual the max heat output is 18.4kw @ 80c flow 60 return. Not sure if you can work it out by the size of the current rads...

Hi all, just in the middle of creating a small wc in our bedroom. My question is can i run a 10mm pex pipe feed from our bathroom hot water pipe to the upstairs toilet basin? Reason im asking is because its about a 12 meter run of pipe was just thinking the boiler would heat up less water etc...

yeh the best way is to replace the roof maybe next year as its old house it is asbestos, there is a little bit of lagging there from when the cavity was filled hardly anything though. maybe hole saw plus plasterboard it is for the time being
