    hi there thanks for the quick reply, it only happens when its calling for hot water, just tried using heating for a hour and noise didnt happen is it still heat exchange? would it be an air lock or fan etc? seems when the fan kicks in at highest temp it rattles. i thought it was loose pipes...

    thx buddy glad to finish it in the end though lol one bit of advice though, i wouldnt do it in the winter time again lol cutting tiles out the garden... was -5 or so after each cut had to heat my hands up lol nm worth it in the end :) good luck on urs m8

    yep £100 per cubic meter is right. I had 3 cubic meters for my garage base it worked out cheaper to get the ready mixed than mixing myself buying from local builder supplies. And took 20 mins to pour all round happy days :) i had lafarge with the poly fibers cost 295 for 3 cubic meters...

    Hi all thx for that. Yep i will be plastering the area myself ive done a few walls ceilings in my house. Gaps on average are 5mm but one or 2 of the boards its about 10mm. Will be skimming fri will use multifinish its the only type ive used only because of it doesnt dry so quick lol

    Hi had no joy with the council they came up and checked vibration levels to which i think they got completly wrong. They should come into my house and feel vibration whenever vehicles pass over speed hump, especially buses. I think to take it further must proceed with solicitors etc

    Looks like polystyrene tiles to me, no1 uses them in uk anymore due to fire risks. just stick them back up, just use polystyrene adhesive to stick them back up if you wish to do so
