    Shed CU

    I think it'd be bad practise to use a CEEform connector, such things are designed to be used in harsh enviroments, and if someone saw it they would likely presume it to be RCD protected. I'd stick with a 15a round pin.

    my grans flat built in 1990 was wired with singles in conduit... but the singles were blue GY and red! Blue and black wouldn't surprise me!

    just have the insulation resistance of the pyro checked, pyro lasts forever if installed properly.

    split load doesn't have an effect. i think for this reason mk isolator terminals arn't labeled! I've got two MK CUs in my house both build in opposite ways, i wouldn't call the wiring of the CU cowboyish! What are you doing in terms of part p?

    you can put an MK isolator on either side of the CU, i've done it before and it works fine!

    i'd say you'd be better of just buying one, they'd probably be easier to maintain. we happen to own one, and the complexity of it is extreme, including things like an Ozone filter to kill bacteria. on a safety note the chemicals used in hottubs, like the Ozone stuff is very nasty indeed...

    You can get 60amp choc bloc or you can get large crimps, but getting the tools would work out expensive
