    if the actuator turns moves etc does this mean the actuator is ok ? i switch the cent heat on and the actuator arm moves to the correct position when i switch it off it returns. but the boiler does not kick in. same for the hot water. i have moved the arm manually but nothing. is it knackerd ?

    yes correct any tips had 3 actuators 1 pump 2 thermocouples 2 e2000 controllers. but has always worked or i always get it going any tips of whats wrong

    hi guys boiler packed up again. same as last year control works 3 way resonator working. the contol asks for the burner to kick up on both the hot water and cent heat but it wont kick in. could it now be the gas valve ? thanks chris

    ok tried this morning, the boiler stat is working the controller is working. the boiler kicks up (noise like its on) but the boiler burner will not ignite. pilot light is lit thermo 3 way valve is turning (i canhear it) help please

    Hi. Had a brilliant innovation gas fire installed 4 months ago. On the lowest setting it is still to hot. Can it be turned down, the are 2 valves near the burner one is the shut off valve. Is the other a regulator?

    just a thought, would i be correct in saying the starter blocks are to low for a hole in the wall fire if the fire is fitted say 4 ft high. surely a builder or gas tech whoever could rebuild the starter blocks in a higher position on a sort of wall ?
