Cant see the radiator being removed being the problem . If all you did was shut off the valves then remove the rad then the pressure must have been low before , if when you try and fill it via the filling loop and you can hear water going in it must be going somewhere , check the expansion pipe...

Just to update all you helpfull guys , Turned out I had diagnosed the boiler fault correctly and all my testing was good , the main pcb that I replaced with a brand new one turned out to be a faulty board , returned that board to my supplier and they sent out another one and boiler fired up...

@ Matt1e The reason the fan has no neutral is because it is fed via permanent live and the neutral is switched to it on demand , so who knows nothing now . A Agile if your not going to help why bother being part of a forum to help people , keep your unhelpfull negative comments to yourself...

check for any bleed valves in the loft along the pipework , just cause the rads are full of water doesnt mean there isnt air trapped in one of the pipes.

Unless of course he is using an old school dial up modem (very slow) but it is still internet!!!!

As I thought it was the pump and not the divertor valve , new pump fitted and boiler is now working fine . Cheers guys

it isnt the immersion in the tank that tells the boiler to come on , it is a thermostat on the side of ythe cylinder plus heating controls , or you could use the immersion heater as well .

Blue should be neutral so that will go to 4 , red should be line so goes to 1 and yellow should be load so would go to 3 , red and yellow could be the other way around but even if they are it wont make any difference, only way to check is look what is connected to what at the other end of the...
