    New roof tiles

We have tiles on our bungalow - and a lot of moss! Thinking would like some nice grey slate (?) tiles instead. Before I waste anyone's time in coming out just wondered rough idea of costing to do this. Large 2 bed - quite a shallow roof. thanks :)

    Quote for tiling

Conservatory concrete, other areas OSB. Just an ordinary floor tile - nothing too expensive. And yes I would expect the fitter to be responsible as I said is this ok to fit on or do we need to do anything else! Is the £25 sqm inclusive or exclusive of materials? thanks :D

    Am I too fussy?

OH spent all day yesterday sanding and filling so unfortunately pictures now would not show the extent of how bad it was. Next time I have anything done I will not pay until I have inspected and am satisfied! Obviously I am not the only one to have hit and miss workman!

    Quote for tiling

I had a tiling firm come round a couple of weeks ago to price me up for floor tiling in conservatory, kitchen and 2 bathrooms. He hasn't come back yet (maybe doesn't want to do it!) and I was just wondering what would be a ball park figure per sq m for tiling floors. All prep work done, toilet...
