The tap in my bathroom looks to be covered in limescale and has been since I moved in. It doesn't look very nice. What is the best way of getting rid of these stains? Also, should I clean/replace the plastic part inside the tap and how would this be done? Thank you

Hi, The water from my hot water tap flows out more quickly and narrower than I would like. I would prefer it to come out with the same flow velocity as the cold water. How do I adjust the flow? Thanks

Looks exactly the same as that. It was tested before I move in and from my experience with these things, I'm pretty sure they always click on a certain fixed number, be it 15C or 19C. Never heard of the click point moving at least not on these traditional style of thermostats. Just annoying...
