    Thanks for reply. I've actually got Dulux satinwood, I was going to do one undercoat and one satinwood. Better to forget undercoat, spot prime knots and bare patches with shellac zinsser and do two coats of satinwood then?

    Chris, Hot water pressure in Kitchen tap is pretty much same as before work also I think. Looks like a blockage of some sort I agree. Would it be possible only affecting cold though? Considering it's a mixer?
