should i clip the rad pipes to the wall before or after connecting rad up to the valves?

even if the room in question dosnt have a rad connected to it? there is no link between the 2 valves?

can a flow and return be found by feeling which pipe gets hotter by running the ch system even if the room in question dosnt have a rad connected to it?

thank you richard. i read somewhere that i may be able to use clear nail varnish to seal would this be a possible solution? i wasnt to keen on that but i thought of perhasp using silicone and spreading it into the crackline and cleaning of with a fugi kit. would that do the trick

i know you are sorted. but my opinion on why not to use silicone instead of grout is because when it needs replacing it will be very difficult to remove. where as grout can easily be removed using a grout cutter or a jagged edged tool. also if it smeared on the tile it maybe difficult to remove...

hi im sealing my vinyl floor in the bathroom. i have been using a fugi kit to assist me and i have to say the results are very good, however when it come to sealing around pipes it cant get it right right. are there any other methods or tools i can use to seal around pipes giving a nice neat finish?
