Yes, the water flow stops when you turn the shower off. Just like it has always done. Sorry for being abit thick but what are the tco's I need to check? Could that be the cause for no hot water coming out???

Thanks for your reply. I've just checked it again and it is now turning off but just consistently running cold water. There is power to the unit as the power light comes on straight away but just no hot water.

No. On the base of the washing machine at the front there are a couple of drill type holes and it seems the water is travelling from somewhere in the washer down the inside of it and coming out of the holes at the bottom. Does that make sense????
