    Stains showing through even though Zinsser and 2 coats of emulsion used

    Hi all, as the title says. Here are some pics. Only on 2 walls but those walls were the most stained. I guess I shd use another coat of Zinsser and two more coats of emulsion. Could that work? Anything stronger than Zinsser I shd try? Thanjs, Chris.
