hi guys random question, my garage is in process to be completed but my roof wont be done for another few weeks. Is it safe to put all the joists and plywood outside? or do i need to put it indoors?

Its because the guy said "your builders" have done this and he will take money of me or the builders ....and i as i hired them i am liable to sort out with builders or pay for it no? This neighbor is also not directly attached to me, its about 4-5 doors down

The dark line ends in edges of house doesn't include the service Road. Does that mean it's not shared ownership? There's no visibility of ramp but I've noticed some have long and some short and some steep ramps so can only assume it's up to owners
