Thanks for the reply , the shed is a wooden frame structure,with wooden roof , suspected asbestos side panels. Probably around 25 years old. So I would suggest fair condition considering age. All suspected asbestos panels look in fair condition. (Shed dimensions approx (2.5mx1.2mx1m).
