cheers. - how much alteration of the pipe work is needed for the new gas valve to fit? it looks like steel pipe, do you mean cutting the pipe work and re-threading it?

cheers. i think the pump on thisboiler is a danfoss pump - camray 95 - 130. are the bypass screws universal???? as plumb centre were very unhelpfull this morning

have just relocated an oil tank and fitted a new oil supply for a camray 5 oil boiler. the oil tank use to be a single pipe system, but now the oil tank is about the same height as the boiler so ive conveted it to a 2 pipe system with a tiger loop in place high than the burner. im having...

ok, havent experienced a figure quite as high as that before. can you explain "noise" in the circuit. i did have that flash up on the tester.

yes, checked ring continuity and insulation resistance again right at the end of the day. figures are from the first post. very odd. did think my kewtec tester was playing up as well. gonna try and test it again next week.
