None of those - nothing

How do you stop the BSPT MI/FI threads from leaking then

I personally prefer Heldite.

Although it should not be needed, A smear of Heldite on the tapered face of the fitting does no harm.

???

Question asked was what sealant do you use on flared fittings. If they are made properly I never found the need to use any sealant.

BSPT MI/FI threads - Heldite or Oilseal from Rocol.
