DRain it down again, making sure you open all vents (including any near the cylinder) and make sure that the Zone valves are fixed open! Then re-fill it and see if it helps.

Is water still coming out of the Blow out pipe? If so try isolate the cold water inlet to the boiler, you could have a hole in the DHW heat exchanger.
