Have just been quoted 1400 to replace a combi with a condensing combi (worcester one) and fit valves, getting two other quotes later in week, how does this price on the face of it sound to people?

We have brought a new property and soon will be replacing our existing boiler with a condensing one, Do you know if there is much difference in pipwork needed when swapping a combi over with a condensing boiler or are they pratically the same

We will be removing a non supporting wall to make enlarge bathroom, which used to hold up the the cold water feeder tank, Can someone tell me what the procedure is for doing this, would rather do this myself then paying a builder to do. Any help appreciated:)

think what we are going to do is move in, then in june get the work done, have all our stuff down stairs or in the loft and move out while its done:), so have everything stacked in middle of living room etc

The house i am in the process of buying will need a re-wire, is it best to get this done before i move in so live some where for 2 weeks while tjey do it?
