Apart from the controls not having a cover what are the other downsides of the pro range....i presume there must be some as you can get a lot of cheap package deals on the pro range...but not on the plus range..Bill

Hi the problem i have is when the sun shines on my patio door the surround moves on the glass resulting in the door catching on the other closed door....In order to rectify this i have to bear hug the frame to push it back onto the glass.....My question is, how can i stop this from...

A while ago,the water board uprated the mains water supply pipes in our area. I get it serviced by British Gas every year, and they keep telling me i could save approx £150 a year on gas based on my usage , also they tell me that they are only offering a reduced list of available parts in the event of a breakdown...the boiler itself has had the heat exchanger replaced...
