There is an existing 6mm feed which will be repurposed to the induction hob. Unfortunately, the two 2.99kw ovens are on the opposite wall so getting a dedicated feed to them from the CU will be a little painful.... hence me wondering if there is an issue with them both being on the downstairs...

Ahh right. thanks for the clarification. I'm just wondering about it against my proposed rear extension which is 7.5m width 4m out on an original house of 12.5m width. Was getting worried I would not be in the permitted development rules but sounds like I'm fine width wise.

Fixed! Went to Screwfix, the linked ones fitted, drip gone. All before breakfast :). Although the new one is very stiff. Any ideas for freeing it up?

Would agree but we will be replacing the kitchen next year so just want to fix it until then. The access to it underneath is also a pig.....
