No snacker wouldn't resolve the issue. The issue is that the tiles are not high enough up the wall. The flats where made on a right budget.

After some advice guys. I am having a hot water lead pipe replaced in my bathroom. While doing this, I have noticed that we have a cold feed lead pipe also going to the bathroom. My question is - will a cold feed lead pipe cause any problems in future? My hot feed has caused too many issues...
