Interestingly the taps everywhere in the house have poor flow except the outside tap. The plumber is replacing the stopcock as its old and leaking.

Just to play devils advocate is a builder who needs guidance on building regs for such a simple extension really a builder?

There is no guarantee you'd find a designer capable of producing adequate drawings. Producing drawings for building control to approve is very different to drawings with the necessary details for builders to use.

Just so I'm clear what I need to ask for. Just run a 10mm cable for each appliance and also enough sockets in case we need them if we ever change the appliances in the future?

Looking at a standard electric hob not induction. Then a single owen and a combination oven microwave on top (instead of a double oven). There are so many to choose from!
