I have had many tenants asking for broadband when wanting to rent a room. How do I provide wireless internet to all the rooms without each room person able to see each other. Also having some sort of bandwidth limit so one person doesn't hog the internet?

the central heating works fine without no noise. Only when i run the hot water. I will do it again and run it for the full 15 minutes. By the way will it be the primary heat exchanger that will be damaged or plate to plate heat exchanger?
