OK, I have had a quick look at the boiler and the pipe going to radiators does not get hot when you call for hot water. Regarding the DHW thermostat dial - the flame does not differentiate when you turn the dial from min to max and vice versa - Could it be the thermostat causing the issue...

Hi, Every time we turn the hot tap on in the house, there is a horrible noise (air lock) We do not have a tank in the loft - can somebody give us the procedure in getting rid of it!! Cheers Ken

So nothing to worry about then if the pin goes in when you call for heating. Just thought it was strange as when you call for hot water, the pin on the DHW side goes out I am sure before the pin came out but not 100% Ken

Fixed - it wasn't the 'o'ring I also had to replace the tail piece (0139) 333701 and bingo, no more leaks!! Ken

Boiler - Vokera 20/80RS Flowmatic Noticed the Pin staying out when not calling for Central Heating but when you call for Central heating it goes in and the heating comes on - is this normal!! Thought it was the other way round... Ken
