    Cheers, perhaps I just need to be more patient lining 'em up. You've saved me spending out on a biscuit jointer though. The colour match silicone goes off a bit quick, I've heard some people say they don't bother with it, do you use any adhesive on the join? I tried the colour stuff first...

    Not really a good idea to screw into the ends of mdf, can't you use a decorative 'T' hinge on the face instead?

    Does anyone know why, when our washer reaches the spin cycle it spins in short bursts only, it wont do a continuous spin? have scanned through some other posts and it seems like it could be something to do with the balance, do you think it is? if so what do i do to put it right? thanks.
