The socket isn't a BT or Openreach socket so they won't use that, they won't use cat 5 cables so I expect the engineer will have to provide new cables. Then you can take out the old cables.

I had a dark mark around my doorframe which seems to have got bigger I dont know if its damp , it doesn't feel damp and the sealant on the outside looks good. photo's attached any idea what it is. Thanks

We got ours from Screwfix about £6 each , just measured the length and matched them, some of the screwholes in different places but no issues

sorted I managed to get on via vga, spoke to support and the tv setting needed changing for a different tv to one that worked, it throw me as I tried 3 different tv's

had cctv unplugged due to decorating today and when finished I plugged cdmi into tv but there's no video , I can see a hikvison embedded video screen when it boots up but it goes black . its a Hikvision dvr-208q-f1 , I can see video ok on the phone app ok

Hi All I have changed dimmer switch to a 1 gang switch but I think its an intermediate , I have connected to L1 and L3 which turns it on and off but the light is off when the switch is pressed down and we want it to turn on when pressed down. can I just reverse the wiring or get another switch...

mine did the same it was a gas regulation issue , engineer should have monitored the gas flow , seems funny as it started as soon as boiler was serviced
