ideal logic combi 30 any good

Relative has been recommended to replace his faulty Baxi 19 years old with a ideal logic combi 30 Combi , Is this any good ? any others you would recommend for a small 2 bed house

They're OK, have a few known issues though which I'm yet to be convinced are entirely resolved. Personally I'd go for an Intergas Xclusive 30

I wouldn't recommend any combi to replace a regular boiler unless you really need the airing cupboard space for something else, though you didn't mention the 19 year old Baxi model. As far as combis go, I see many more Vaillants than Logics for repair, though I have no idea of the numbers of each in circulation.
The Logic is made in Britain, so if you want jobs in this country it has an advantage.
