    Hi, we put the heating on the water is of, then when we turn the heating off the leaver in the valve stick and the valve buzzes.

    Hi all, I installed my own central heating about 24 years ago, never done it before, worked great right away and still is. One problem 3 port valve I am on about my 3rd or 4th valve in them years, every thing works fine but after a few years when it is getting to winter on goes the heating side...

    Hi lamchamps, yes makes sense, I will go for wired. I have 3 sons who have given me 9 grandchildren so all have 2 jobs each to pay the bills, but I'm sure I can drag them round, should only take a few hours to fit, I hope. Thanks for your help.

    Hi all, I am thinking about fitting a CCTV system just 2 camera, no idea how, Due to age and disability IE: crawling around in a loft fitting wires, I am thinking about a wireless set up any thoughts please. If money was no object I would have a system fitted but on a government pension, no chance.

    Hi foxhole, no we use a gas kettle, make toast under the gas oven grill, and cook in the oven well away from the problem cupboard.

    Hi Doggit, sorry about the delay but at 80 I don't get on well with the technical side of computers had to get one of my son's round to help. The first picture is where the problem is, the second one with the yellow label at the bottom of the door is the cupboard on the internal wall. Thanks

    Hi Doggit, I have had the sugar in an internal wall cupboard for a week again and no problems, so it looks like a dampness with the cupboard on the outside wall. The walls to our bungalow are all solid no cavity. Any idea's on the insolation idea please. Thank you, Reg.

    Hi Foxholes & Doggit. I have taken in everything you have said. I have now put the sugar in an internal wall again just to see if I was right last time, so far so good. But I will give it a week so to see if I was right, then come back and keep you updated. Thank you.
